The main problem today in hair transplants is the need to redistribute existing hair on the scalp, so that successful transplantation also achieves less than desired hair density. A new method of hair transplantation, already in use since September 2004, aim to solve this problem, even if only partially, and send the field of hair transplant to a new era.

Hair Replication vs. Replication of hair follicles

The first method already in use is replication follicles, a method developed by the GHO Clinic. In this laboratory study, it is revealed that hair follicles can grow at two different parts in them. Based on this discovery, follicles are cut into two parts separately transplanted areas where there is thin hair or no hair at all, as if one of the parts is too small, it won’t grow hair thus the cutting should be done fairly accurate. GHO argue that constant improvement achieved in the process of crop of follicles, and now success percentages are approximately 80% (compared to only 50% Not so long ago). During the study of this method, another remarkable discovery called “Pili Multigemini” has been discovered – scalp hair follicles are organized in small groups. When the upper parts of the cut hair follicles implanted in groups of two or three units, they can grow up to five hairs! So this method can increase the density of the recipient scalp hair twice or more and get close to the density of natural hair.

Second method developed by the GHO Clinic and Bazan Institute called hair cloning. It supposed to provide an unlimited amount of hair and allow reaching normal density and will appear as an entirely natural looking hair. The method is based on the transplantation of skin cells taken from the skin layer of the donor’s area. These cells (also testing the option of harvesting them from another person), would fertilize the areas of transplanted skin, causing them to produce new hair follicles. Those follicles are supposed to be resistant to the hormone DHT. This method is already available at Bazan as the experimental group but cost full charge.

Is the promise of unlimited amount of hair makes hair cloning the ultimate method?

Although this method entails great promise, there are still some question marks about it. Bazan and GHO also rarely provide details about the system. However, it is already known that some of the new hair follicles are not resistant to the effect of DHT. If these news are correct, there may an issue regarding the uniformity in the density of the hair at the implanted areas where too many follicles not resistant to DHT, grow such hair. This lack of aesthetics, completely deny the possibility of using this method the front areas of the scalp, where the patient will have to pass another hair transplant with methods that exist today.

So what to do?

Two of those methods of hair transplantation are quite expensive and cost of treatment can reach tens of thousands of dollars. For those of you already on the way to pack suitcases, the recommendation is to wait. Besides cost, there is concern about the durability of new hair follicles over time. 2.  Eclipse method: In this method a mechanical shutter blocks light from each appropriate eye when the converse eye’s image is projected on the screen. The projector alternates between left and right images, and opens and closes the shutters in the glasses or viewer in synchronization with the images on the screen.

3. venticular or barrier screen: This method (New technology) doesn’t require glasses.  Both images are projected onto a high-gain, corrugated screen which reflects light at acute angles. In order to see the stereoscopic image, the viewer must sit within a very straight angle that is nearly perpendicular to the screen, limiting the size of the audience. Since this method is not using any additional techniques or apparatus for viewing 3D, this is the most common method used in 3D imaging devices.

3D Televisions

3-D technology relies on the idea that if separate images are presented to the left and right eyes, the human brain will combine them and create the illusion of a third dimension. TV makers go about this in different ways, though. Panasonic and Sony, which demonstrated their products for CNN at a recent tech expo in Atlanta, Georgia, use “active glasses” and TVs with high refresh rates to achieve the effect.

Two images, one for the right eye and one for the left eye, alternate quickly on the TV. Shutters on the 3-D glasses swap the viewer’s vision from right eye to left eye at the same rate: 120 hertz, or 240 hertz for the images together. The TV connects with the glasses through a sensor that’s placed between the lenses on the glasses.

Sony and Panasonic say they will release home 3-D television systems in 2010; Mitsubishi and JVC are reported to be working on similar products. These next-generation televisions would be able to play shows in 2-D or 3-D. They also would be able to show video games in 3-D, which Sony demonstrated at the expo in Atlanta.

Samsung has incorporated the three dimension technology to their high Definition Digital Light Projection TV (HD DLP).

The Minoru software has stereoscopic anaglyphic processing that lets you be seen in three dimensions. The red and cyan anaglyph image produced by Minoru can be viewed by anybody who is wearing commonly available red and cyan 3D glasses (five pairs included free with Minoru). Minoru can also be used as a standard 2D webcam for anyone who doesn’t have the 3D glasses at hand.

The reasons why we would want to do this is the fuller your hard drive becomes the harder it has to work. We are not really cleaning up the hard drive, we are freeing up space.

Tip 1 With Windows XP, open My Computer and then single click C:drive (local disk), the detail box will show how much free space you have available.

Warning: Before uninstalling anything, be sure you no longer want it, if you think later on you may (games are a good example) just make sure you still have the original disk. If you are not sure what you are deleting then best to leave it alone, you may get warnings that part of the program you are trying to uninstall may be used by other programs so again best to leave it alone.

Tip 2 Deleting an icon off your desktop does not remove the programme / software from your Hard Drive.

Some programs you have installed and no longer use may have come with their own uninstall option. To see, click Start > All Programs place cursor over the program you want and look for uninstall, then click. If you see a something with out the uninstall options just make a note, as you may find them in the next step.

This is the most common and safest way to remove programs, Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove programs, once the window has loaded you will be able to see most of what you have installed on your computer. Just click on the program you no longer require and hit the Change/Remove tab.

Tip 3 Items in the recycle bin are still stored on the hard drive until emptied.

If you are considering deleting music and photos, you may want to save them first to either DVD or USB drive. Although photos (depends on image size) and music (mostly mp3) do not use up a lot of space you can leave them for now.

However, all movie type files do use up a lot of space, a full length movie in mp4 format could be up to as much as one GB. If, in the pass you have downloaded, burnt or copied movies using your PC chances are, there are some hidden files on your hard drive (if you have teenagers, chances are greater). Rather than spending hours checking folders and locations there is an easy way, Start > Search when the window opens up click on Pictures, Music or Video tick Video then Search – this will then show all movie type files and their locations.

Tip 4 Using a registry cleaner will find and delete from your hard drive all those useless left over registry keys (some of which can be rather large).

Running your disk cleanup will help clean out your temporary folder but most defiantly last thing you should do is a Disk Defragmenter. Now we reboot and check your C:drive (local disk) to see how much free space now available.

In the early stages of your business, you have to put learning new computer technology on the back burner. Adjust your priorities and put 90 percent of your R&D on the back burner for the next three to six months. Concentrate on finding paying clients. If those paying clients start demanding skills with new computer technology, that’s when you invest your time and energy.

Because of the birth of computer technology, we now have credit cards or what others call plastic money, which are very useful especially when we do not have cash on hand or when you are ordering a certain product through the internet. It’s amazing how computer technology has changed so much our way of living. We now already have video calling in which we would be able to see the person that we are talking to. This would be really great for people who have loved ones that are away from home.
